The town of Sorrento, by using in the best possible way, some of its excellent products, has started, this year, a new production: that of the Extra-virgin olive DOP oil achieved thanks to the use of olives coming from the splendid Land of “Regina Giovanna”.
Among the local typical products of Sorrento, there are also delicious tomatoes which boast precious organoleptic characteristics and are suitable especially for exquisite salads.
The one produced in Sorrento Coast is a typical hard cheese with a rather strong flavour, according to the length of its seasoning, ranging from six to eighteen months.
Sorrento continues to confirm a tendency which has always brought it to excel both in the field of hospitality and accommodation and in the one of restaurants and gastronomy.
In the Land of Mermaids there is a delicious production of typically local liqueurs, infusions and rosolios.
